On February 6, two 7.8-magnitude earthquakes struck Turkey and Syria, drawing wide attention from the international community. By February 13, the sudden disaster had killed 33,000 people in both countries. The earthquake has also been followed by heavy snow, causing great difficulties for the search and rescue work. The Turkish-Syrian earthquake is likely to be one of the most difficult disasters in human history.
In recent days, the company has arranged the emergency procurement, sorting and transportation of cold relief supplies according to the urgent supplies list issued by the Turkish Embassy in Beijing. The donated materials, including 1,000 blankets and 1,000 sleeping bags worth nearly 200,000 yuan, were sent to a receiving point in Guangzhou on February 13. It is reported that supplies will be sent to Turkey as soon as possible to help the local disaster response.

Mr. Kurtulus Aykan, Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Guangzhou, said that Turkey is now in winter, and all supplies to keep warm in winter are in great need.
Disaster in front of no borders, a difficult party, eight parties support. Many countries, enterprises and individuals have offered help to Turkey by sending rescue teams, cash and supplies.
Friends have no distance, thousands of miles are always neighbors. During the Wenchuan earthquake in China, the Turkish government provided $2 million in aid to China. Turkey also donated a large number of medical supplies to China in 2020 when COVID-19 broke out. In the face of such disasters, as of February 9, the Chinese government had provided a total of 70 million RMB yuan in emergency assistance to Turkey and Syria.
